I'm Miriam,
I am a medical doctor with nearly two decades of experience, a certified health & wellness coach and CEO & founder of the wellness practice - Fitever Lifestyle.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand the unique struggles people with diabetes face and understand the deep pain it brings. Through both my professional journey and personal health challenges, I’ve learned that true healing isn’t about masking symptoms—it’s about uncovering root causes, creating healthier environments, and breaking free from harmful habits.
My own battle with prediabetes, weight gain and fatigue deeply shaped my approach. After gaining over 30 kg (66 lbs) and struggling with constant exhaustion, restrictive diets, and frustration, I discovered that real, lasting change comes from creating a harmonious balance between physical health and mental well-being.
The strategies that helped me reclaim my health are the same ones essential for managing diabetes. By addressing the physical, emotional, and mindset aspects of living with diabetes, sustainable transformation is possible.
Driven by my personal and professional experience, my mission is to empower others to take control of their health. With a compassionate, holistic approach, I help individuals overcome the sense of powerlessness that often comes with these struggles, guiding them toward lasting wellness and vitality.
